Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Site Coordinator to join our team. The Site Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and activities at our educational site, ensuring a smooth and efficient learning environment for students.Responsibilities: - Develop curriculum that is faith based, age appropriate (5-12 years old), and covers a variety of learning styles-Coordinate and supervise daily operations at the educational site, working closely with the Program Director - Collaborate with staff to develop and implement educational programs; communicate daily scheduled activities and events staff. - Monitor teachers and children to ensure curriculum, philosophy, and requirements of the program are being fulfilled. - Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff - Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations-Provide a safe and secure environment, communicate with children in a respectful manner, reinforce positive discipline, and encourage children to verbalize needs.-Assist in snack and clean-up duties (prep work, clean-up, organizing, and sanitizing).-Maintain records and documentation, in a timely manner, provide supervision of staff and volunteers, and attend staff meetings and trainings.Other duties as needed.Requirements: - An ECE Certificate - Experience in educating or working with students - A negative TB Test - CPR/ First Aid Certificate - Food Handler's Permit-Initial STARS training-Orientation with DCYF (arranged after hiring)This is a paid position that offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' educational experiences.
