Top Milwaukee General Contractor is seeking a growth-minded site engineer to join their team. In this role you will be exposed to large scale industrial and healthcare construction projects and learn from top tier construction professionals. Additionally, you will have the choice to grow into a Project Manager, Superintendent, or Estimator - based on your own personal career goals.

  • Headquartered in Wisconsin they have offices in Madison and Milwaukee - this role would be out of the MKE office

Description

  • Analyze construction methods, including crane operations, formwork design, and site modifications
  • Create sketches and drawings to illustrate field conditions, clarify details, or propose alternatives
  • Ensure installation quality meets specifications and drawings
  • Manage RFI process, from field generation to implementation of answers
  • Actively participate in various project meetings and planning sessions
  • Organize and lead pre-installation meetings with subcontractors
  • Maintain delivery schedules and inspect incoming shipments as needed
  • Manage project closeout, including punchlist creation and completion tracking

Profile

  • Degree in an Engineering field or Construction Management
  • 1-5 years of professional experience
  • An interest in or passion for construction
  • Driven by a commitment to excellence

Job Offer

  • Base salary of $72K-$84k
  • Excellent health, dental, and vision coverage with the employer covering 85%
