Site Engineer/Foreman

Responsibilities:

-This position both supervision and hand on

-Manage daily project

-Schedule jobs

-Ordering material

-Manage inventory

Requirement for the Site Engineer/Foreman

-Min 7 years of readying layout & elevation blue print

-Min 7 years of performing grading, earth moving, install storm drainage, sewer & utilities, comfortable in using Transite & laser to set up elevation and layout pipes

-Minimum of 7 years demolishing structures using heavy equipment's

-Minimum of 7 years Site clearing

-Minimum of 7 years in residential & commercial construction

- Operate machines is plus

-CDL is a plus

-Willing to work weekend (MUST)

-Willing to do labor work

-Team Player

-Excellent customer service

-Ability to work independently with minor supervision

-OSHA Certified

-Excellent sense of safety

- Preferably Speak English and Spanish
