You'll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates. You'll be pivotal in upholding and enhancing our manufacturing excellence by ensuring the highest quality standards within the manufacturing process. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Production, Engineering, Supply Chain), leading continuous improvement initiatives and much more.We'll look to you for:
  • Support PME to ensure non-compliance risks analysis using Process FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) .
  • Lead implementation of Quality Control Plans using REX (Return of Experience) of previous project execution & associated relevant IQ staffing.
  • Lead control & process digitalization.
  • Improve Quality level per main processes:
  • Perform analysis & manage actions to improve the outgoing product quality.
  • Escalade the main anomalies detected on the production lines & ensure their effective treatment (Problem Solving tools).
  • Support of manufacturing for quality topics:
  • Stop the production in case of a defect which justifies mandatory rework.
  • Support manufacturing teams to develop self-inspection.
  • Lead quality animation methodology deployment, in line with Continuous Improvement system.
  • Manage & develop the industrial quality team, using Q-School process & yearly training / qualification plan.
  • Manage APSYS (Alstom Production System) improvement plan for Industrial Quality scope.

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, engineering, mechanical engineering, operations management, or related field. Master's degree in engineering (electromechanical, electrical, material, mechanical...) or equivalent is preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in managing Quality tools and problem-solving tools.
  • 2 years prior management experience.
  • Lean Methodology (Green Belt) is preferred.
  • Project management or equivalent experience.
  • Welding Engineering background is preferred.
