Job Description:

BlueHalo is looking for an Operations Center Supervisor to oversee the seamless 24/7/365 operation of the 32nd AAMDC Operations Center. This role involves supervising a team of full-time employees, ensuring continuous operational effectiveness, and maintaining high-level situational awareness for senior leaders. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Air and Missile Defense, exemplary leadership skills, and a strong customer-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities: The Operations Center Supervisor will lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 11 FTEs, ensuring effective manning, planning, and continuous operation of the 24-hour Operations Center. This role includes serving as the primary point of contact for the 32nd AAMDC, supporting all assigned projects from initiation to completion, and ensuring they meet customer expectations and are completed on time. The Supervisor will build and maintain strong customer relationships, anticipate customer needs, and deliver world-class service. Additionally, the Supervisor will oversee all aspects of project management, including resource coordination, risk management, and issue resolution, providing regular updates to senior leaders. This position is 100% onsite in Ft. Bliss, TXRequired Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum 15 years of experience in Air and Missile Defense.
  • Military Education Level 4
  • Extensive project management expertise
  • Strong experience with resource coordination, risk management with experience in issue resolution, and the ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on organization and time-management
  • An active Secret level clearance
