The Site Lead is accountable for managing a Team that performs multiple functions. They manage all aspects of the Systems Engineering delivery process, Project Management, Schedule Management, Risk Management, and Configuration Management. The Lead keeps projects on course as he/she tracks progress, anticipates needs, and facilitates communication between the Acquisition Office, Program Managers, Lead Engineers, and the Customer. The Site Lead is also responsible for Enterprise communications between the PMO, overall Program Stakeholders, and that location.
