Job Title: Operational Site Lead

Job Description:

Pride Health is currently seeking candidates for an Operational Site Lead position to provide support to a healthcare organization in New York, NY. This is a contract assignment with potential for extension and an opportunity to collaborate with a top-tier healthcare organization.

Assigned to projects managed by the NYC H+H Office of Ambulatory Care and Population Health, Operational Leads will oversee day-to-day operations of direct service programs, such as Humanitarian Emergency Response and Relief Center (HERRC) facilities, providing services, resource navigation, and temporary shelter to individuals and families. Various roles are available within this position, with assignments based on individual experience.

Qualifications:

• Spanish-Language skills, preferred.
• Experience with, or knowledge of, trauma-informed service delivery strongly preferred.
• Ability to complete work independently with broadly defined work objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with a variety of individuals, groups, and organizations.
• Previous experience in NYC government and/or public health entities/hospitals/community-based organizations preferred.
• Experience managing a complex operation, particularly a 24/7 operation strongly preferred.
• Experience with community engagement and/or familiarity with local community service providers/non-profits strongly preferred.
• NYC area residency preferred.

Additional Information:

• Work Schedule: Morning and Nights, both schedule available.
• Hourly Pay Range: $47 - $50

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
