Position Description:
Job title: Site Lead
Classification: Non-Exempt, Full-time 30+ hours per week
Hourly Salary: $17-$19 per hour (depending on education and experience)
Reports to: Area Director
Primary Function: Under the direct supervision of the Area Director, the SOC Site Lead will lead, direct and guide overall daily operations in a school setting and ensure that the Formula For Impact strategy and programs are delivered and scheduled. The Site Lead will ensure program activities are safe, that supervision and discipline/recognition policies are observed for members and staff, and that the school grounds/multi-purpose room are maintained in a clean, safe, and thematic manner. Follow current COVID-19 policies and procedures as they are updated to reflect current Orange County Tiers for safe in-person services. Assist with payroll budget controls, employee scheduling, staff training and coaching, and evaluation processes. As requested by the Area Director, provide a positive voice in our community regarding the Club and organization and engage with Club community events. Evaluate programs and activities provided within all core program areas, including education, sports, recreation, and the arts (crafts, dance, or drama productions, etc.). Promote and build relationships with community leaders and offer assistance with campus activities/events as requested. Attend team meetings with all supervisors as requested, either virtually or in-person. Recognize and celebrate youth development success daily and monthly by participating in BGCA specialized competitions and recognition programs.
