OverviewThe prime objectives of the Site Manager, Green America Recycling is to be responsible for directing the maintenance and production activities required to meet budgeted volume and cost. Our programs, like our 401(k) plan where we match up to 4% of your annual income, are designed to help you prepare and reach your goals for you and your family.We give you time to recharge: We offer our teammates Paid Time Off (PTO) so they can recharge and relax with family and friends.Roles & ResponsibilitiesRoles & Responsibilities* Ensuring safety and compliance policies and procedures are met.* Evaluate quality of materials or products.* Manage control system activities in organizations.* Direct organizational operations, projects, or services.* Develop operating strategies, plans, or procedures.* Direct facility maintenance or repair activities.* Direct facility production activities.* Review processing schedules or production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, or duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints.* Direct or coordinate production, processing, distribution, or marketing activities of industrial organizations.* Develop or implement production tracking or quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, or other operational reports, to detect production problems.* Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.* Hire, train, evaluate, or discharge staff or resolve personnel grievances.* Work closely with Sales to ensure budgets are met.Skills & Experience* Bachelor's degree or equivalent.* Must be able to be on call and work overtime.* Strong communication skills (verbal and writing).* Must be a team player.* Must display good employability skills (attendance, job performance, attitude, willingness to work, etc.)SkillsEducationPhysical RequirementsCertificationsGet HiredReq #: 551
