Job Type Full-time Description POSITION SUMMARY: Site Manager Are you looking to get into an exciting new career that will help build and develop your skills? Soapy Joe's is looking for energetic and motivated new managers that are eager to develop their skillsets in leadership, training and development, technology, building effective teams, and business acumen. Our Site Managers are empowered with the skill sets to make effective decisions, analyze business intelligence for their site, manage and develop their teams, and learn how to lead with strong values. No car wash experience? No problem! Each new site manager goes through our customized Manager In Training program to prepare for their role in managing their own Soapy Joe's store. We have many success stories of managers that have come from traditional retail, sales, and service industry businesses. The core attributes for success in this role are confidence, natural leadership ability and resiliency to be a self starter. The business is growing quickly all across San Diego County. We have a need for multiple new Site Manager hires in the North County areas including: Rancho Bernardo, Vista, Escondido, San Marcos, Oceanside, Poway, Fallbrook, and Carlsbad! WHY SOAPY JOE'S?   • Provide wide leadership and influence to improve organizational performance.
  • Engage personnel to promote safety, operational improvement, and drive performance.
  • Maximize profits by achieving forecasts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as a coach and mentor for 11 to 15 customer service attendants and representatives.
  • Communicate with Operations team to achieve corporate goals, as well as facility goals. Motivating all personnel to meet goals.
  • Overall responsibility for hiring, staff development, work scheduling, evaluation, discipline, salary recommendations, terminations, and retention of staff.
  • Ensure facility is following the company's policies, procedures, and corporate compliance program, as well as with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Provides regular reports to the District Manager and SVP of Operations.
  • Maintains Soapy Joe's positive reputation within the internal organization and external stakeholders.
  • Responsible for all aspects of facility management. Reporting issues regarding facility to the proper party, and make sure all necessary repairs, adjustments and/or general issues are addressed and resolved.

Requirements WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Site Manager High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 2 years of management experience, or combination of training, school, and experience. Mechanical proficiency in basic hydraulics, basic plumbing, maintenance, and repair preferred.

Salary Range: $70,096.00 Salary Description $70,096.00 + Bonuses
