Organizations need to reduce training and labor costs while requiring the best talent for the job.QualificationsThe Site Manager needs:Two+ years experience in a manufacturing environment (engineering, technical sales, management).Good interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.Proficient in standard Windows software (spreadsheet, word processing, graphics) and a cursory understanding of mainframe systems.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Chemistry, or a related field.Must have chemical management or automotive experience.Leadership and Coaching:Specify performance expectations and provide feedback and coaching for the site team.Manage and direct the activities of site personnel to ensure the achievement of established goals and objectives.Assist in the elimination of undesirable materials, waste minimization, reduction and consolidation of materials and suppliers, and usage reporting.Manage the purchasing and pricing review process.#J-18808-Ljbffr
