Site ManagerCheyenne Pork - Milesville, SDResponsible for management of boar stud and isolation for maximized production and profitability through efficient utilization of animals, facilities and staff.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Manages all daily activities/processes related to semen production, grow finish production, feedmill production in accordance with protocols and procedures established by Management.

Manages all orders and customer interactions with positive communications.

Establishes and maintains open communication with all farm staff, production manager, shareholders, veterinarian and management team.

Ensures that the farm working environment is safe, by providing safety equipment, training and taking necessary actions to prevent hazardous conditions.

Schedules and prioritizes workload with daily and weekly task sheets.

Monitors and maintains appropriate ventilation and room environments.

Responsible for timely and accurate reporting of records. (i.e. feed inventory, culls, utilities, Prism, etc.)

Responsible for farm maintenance and cleanliness.

Regular and routine communication with Production Manager.

Responsible for daily Biosecurity policies and procedures.

Candidate must have pig experience and bilingual with English and Spanish
