Job Description:

Akkodis is seeking a Site Merchandiser for a contract-to-hire opportunity with our client in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Strategic Site Merchandising, Cross-Functional Collaboration, and Performance Analysis & SEO.

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay Range: $25/hr. - $31/hour on W2 without benefits

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in merchandising or site merchandising preferred.
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize projects effectively.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships across teams.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and the ability to quickly learn technical applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with site navigation, Oracle/ATG platform preferred.
  • Experience with personalization merchandising tools; Reflektion experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with sales and site analytics; experience with Microstrategy, Full Story, and Adobe Analytics preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills; prior experience managing people preferred.
