This role is responsible for data integrity and implementing digital merchandising strategies. In this role, you will execute the full life cycle of products while consistently and thoroughly overseeing proofing of site to ensure an excellent customer experience. The Site Merchandising Specialist provides support and coordination for the eCommerce Site Merchants.

This is a hybrid position that currently requires 4 days out of our Northbrook, IL corporate office.

A day in the life as a Site Merchandising Specialist…

  • Move the production process forward by partnering with merchant teams, photo studios, production and copywriters
  • Track launch readiness to ensure timelines are met and bring visibility to any roadblocks, ensuring on time product launches
  • Execute strategies within product categories, leveraging in analytics
  • Maintain product integrity and content accuracy as well as taxonomy and categorization
  • Drive conversion and sales by ensuring the product is showcased effectively and correctly on site
  • Rapidly troubleshoot live site issues and resolve back end and customer facing issues related to site assets and item data
  • Perform daily/weekly site testing to ensure correct presentation and product data integrity
  • Maintain a level of product knowledge to ensure product information and presentation are accurate
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of related systems and dependencies (AS400, PIM, Digital Asset Management tools, QA environments)
  • Incorporate best practices in online merchandising while maintaining overall company, eCommerce and merchandising strategy
  • Effectively utilize all merchandising tools and features to increase sales
