JOB MISSION:

The Site Operations Team is responsible for execution and operational excellence for NewBalance.com and NewBalance.ca to ensure consumers have a positive experience with the brand. The Browse and Shop Operations Associate is responsible for executing all digital content for North America and guarantee deadlines are met. This role will support the Browse and Shop Operations Associate Manager and partner with the site experience team to determine the front-facing consumer experience and the corresponding needs in the back end to support it. This role will become a subject matter expert in the workings of the site and use their detail-oriented mindset to keep projects on task and ensure all deliverables are met on time. To be successful in this role, you will need to collaborate with regional ecommerce team members as well as global direct-to-consumer teams, development, customer care and marketing teams. This position will report to the Brows and Shop Operations Associate Manager and is part of the North America eCommerce team.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

* Champion the consumer through all processes and last touch of all site collateral

* Create and follow the Categorization Dynamic Rules to ensure all products are logically placed in the correct category and provide consistent experiences across the site

* Ensure the Search results and Product Grouping Pages (PGP) produce products that best matches what the consumer is looking for. Improve and perfect the sort order, filters and corresponding attributes so consumers can easily shop the page

* Partner with the site experience team to maximize all aspects of the Product Detail Page (PDP)- set default images to showcase the strongest colorway, execute size charts and improve recommenders

* Partner with site experience, merch and dev to own the execution of product master groupings, review outcome and identify improvements needed for development to improve the experience

* Execute translation for all site collateral so it meets legal requirements and can be utilized on .ca and .com

* Communicate with eCommerce team and Global counter parts around catalogue pushes, code release and product intros

* Maintain detailed documents on all processes, opportunities and KPIs. Be able to train other associates

* Manage, scheduling and tracking of site components to align with brand campaigns and key initiatives

* Collaborate with the Creative and Site Experience Teams to ensure alignment on the creative direction and implementation of onsite marketing content

* Facilitate merchandising of products onsite, including sorting, category creation and implementation

* Manage QA processes to ensure creative executions align with site standards.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

* 1-3 years relevant experience in ecommerce, project management, operations or IT

* Passion for the industry is welcome, but more importantly an obsession with interesting and innovative ecommerce and digital retail experiences is desired

* High planning, research and organization skills with the ability to summarize large amounts of content into important key findings

* Ability to think critically, problem-solve and manage the execution of tasks so project timelines are met successfully.

* Enthusiasm for process mapping and improvement; ability to evolve thinking past current state

* Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

* Proficient PC skills, including MS Office Suite

* Comfortable with Site Metrics and Financials; experience in Google or Adobe Analytics preferred

* Collaborative, action-oriented thinking is a must

* Must be driven, passionate and accountable
