Insight Global is looking for a Site Operations Specialist for a long-term contract opportunity that sits 100% onsite in New York, NY. The Site Operations Specialist will be responsible for working onsite and providing in-person printer/network support to clients daily. They will serve at the primary point of contact onsite for the customer and work closely with internal operations and project teams during implementation/deployment of new print technology. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, providing technological solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves providing exceptional service and support for VIP devices at customer headquarters. The individual collaborates with the customer helpdesk to offer printer support, addressing high-priority and critical printer tickets at level 2. They manage the customer's ticket system, monitor the ticket queue, and directly contact end u to troubleshoot printer issues. Additionally, they work closely with tech support center to diagnose printer problems and initiate service requests, ensuring devices are operational as quickly as possible. The role includes providing comprehensive printer solution support for all printers, updating printer tickets in coordination with the helpdesk manager, and assisting with training activities for the customer population. The individual is committed to delivering outstanding support by meeting customer needs in a courteous and timely manner.
