Job TitleSite Service TechnicianJob CategoryProduct SupportJob DescriptionPerform onsite maintenance of Mobile Equipment to include analysis and inspection of GM owned equipment located in Spring Hill TN to meet the expectations of end users.Assist in ensuring that our maintenance program meets the performance, reliability, durability, and operational characteristics required by the Customer. Perform system monitoring, failure reporting and corrective-action duties which are crucial to improving productivity and acceptance of the Mobile Equipment Fleet,Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring optimal performance of the Fleet during operation, as well as the service provider during maintenance and repair, by providing the necessary support to maximize efficiency and value for all parties involved.Onsite Repair:

• Identify Issues
• Suggest Improvement
• Repair trucks to customer satisfaction

Onsite Inspection:

• Perform physical inspection of the complete fleet every two weeks as signed by Saturn Manager
• Process all paperwork in a timely manner and escalate any safety concerns immediately to management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma
• 0-5 years relevant work experience
• Entry-level understanding of mechanical and electrical (AC and DC) troubleshooting skills.
• Basic mechanical skills including electrical diagrams and hydraulic systems to tie in with daily maintenance required to meet the customer's expectations.
• Must be motivated, and willing and able to work safely in high pressure environments.
• Must be able to adapt readily to project changes and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work well both within team atmospheres and independently with little supervision.
• Flexibility with working off-hours (within reason as needed) to support the Spring Hill Fleet a must
