Site superintendent - Interior projects - Mahattan & Queens Your new company Hays is partnered with a General Contractor who provides comprehensive General Contracting & Construction Management services primarily in the New York City metropolitan region. Possessing an array of completed projects across diverse sectors, they recognize that every job has its own distinct requirements and goals. Your new role In this role you will be working as a site Superintendent. These projects will be based predominantly in Manhattan and Queens, ranging from $1-$18 million in project value. All of their work is focused on interiors and exterior fit out. The projects range from full floor build out across corporate, healthcare, retail. They are looking for someone who has no problem running the project and seeking a long-term home with the company. What you'll need to succeed -Manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of the project and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies are met. -Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders and develop and maintain the project schedule and budget. -5+ years experience as a Superintendent. -Proficient in Procore. -You need to be able to give set plans and have the ability to run the project. -OSHA 30 Certification preferred What you'll get in return - Stability and long term opportunity, a strong pipeline to move from project to project across the city. -Competitive base salary is commensurate with experience. -Company benefits such as health insurance - medical, vision, dental, etc. 100% coverage -401k plan -PTO+ public holidays What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
