We are expanding our construction team! Looking to hire an experienced full time Construction Site Superintendent for projects primarily in Connecticut. The Superintendent is responsible for day-to-day site progress, subcontractor coordination and meetings, 2 and 4 week look-a heads, quality control, site safety, material management, cost control, etc. for commercial construction projects in commercial and multi-family settings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 7 years of direct construction superintendent experience
• Must Have ample Multifamily ground-up construction experience
• Strong knowledge of all general trades including site work and MEP
• OSHA certified (10 Minimum - 30 Preferred)
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task, pay attention to detail, and work under tight time constraints
• Thorough understanding of industry practices, processes, standards, and delivery systems
• Full knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, outlook, Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project
• Excellent work ethic, leadership, and communication skills
