Title: Construction Site Superintendent - Luxury Residential Interiors

Compensation: $130,000-$170,000

The client is a mid-sized General Contractor and Construction Manager specializing in super high-end/luxury custom residential renovation projects throughout Manhattan. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing their own custom townhouse, apartment, or penthouse projects in New York, upwards of $10MILL in value, and be capable of leading project teams.
The successful Construction Superintendent/Site Supervisor responsibilities will include:
- Lead and supervise on-site construction teams, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship.
- Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and subcontractors to execute unique and custom interior designs.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to meet client expectations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
- Oversee the installation of custom finishes and materials with precision.
- Maintain effective communication with clients to understand their vision and address project requirements.
- Proactively identify and resolve challenges to keep projects on track.
The ideal Construction Superintendent/Site Supervisor will have:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in custom residential interior construction in NYC is a MUST
- In-depth knowledge of custom construction materials, finishes, and techniques.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Ability to manage multiple custom projects concurrently.
