The Opportunity: IST is looking for a friendly, service-oriented, customer focused Site Supervisor candidate with a passion for excellence in Overland Parka, KS. The Site Supervisor must have at least 1 year of experience and be a self starter to self manage the operation. We offer professional training, skill enhancement and opportunities to advance toward assistant manager and site manager positions. Hourly Compensation: $18.00 to $20.00 USD per hour, DOE. Working Hours: Mon - Fri: 8:00am - 5:00pm (NO WEEKENDS) Free parking! ResponsibilitiesJob Requirements:
- Work directly with client contact to help facilitate needs of the office.
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude;Typing correspondence, filing, copying, data entry, word processing, sorting mail and other administrative tasks as assigned
- Shipping & Receiving, supply inventory
- Updating employee lists
- Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, to customers; Lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages and shipments of paper; Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages
- Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
- Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
- Maintain all logs and reporting, documentation, attention to detail
- Able to safely drive provided vehicle to different buildings on campus if required.
- Adhere to all safety procedures; Perform other tasks as assigned
QualificationsQualifications for the Site Supervisor role includes a valid drivers license, access to reliable transportation, at least 1-3 years of experience managing staff, in addition to:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must have at least 2-3 years experience managing staff, writing employee reviews, corrective actions, approving time, scheduling staff in office environment
- Experience writing site SOP ( Standard Operating procedures )
- Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor; Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment; Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
- Lifting up to 55 pounds, walking and standing for extended periods of time
