- Supervising concrete site operations to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Implementing and enforcing safety protocols on-site.
- Coordinating with managers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Managing and mentoring site crew members.
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress and site conditions.
