Background
The Site Supervisor will support ECHO's Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division (EFLHD), Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) contract.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions
The Site Supervisor is responsible for oversight of day-to-day operations of contract, supervise site staff and complete required deliverables.

- Supervise contract staff.
- Serves as onsite liaison between client and ECHO.
- Produce and provide weekly and quarterly reports.
- Ensure site is fully staffed and all substitute contractor personnel are fully trained.
- Coordinates desk coverage and breaks for Receptionist.
- Provides cross-training to staff and assists in staff evaluations and promoting their individual growth within a team environment.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures for all site functions.
- Immediately report any security or safety concerns to COR to include site injuries.
- Ensures all staff adheres to USPS mail handling safety precautions and use safety equipment provided by EFLHD.
- Ensures all staff complete required annual FHWA Computer Security/Privacy Act training.
- Provide fleet support to EFLHD Fleet Manager.
- Maintain and ensure documentation and records for individuals receiving services meets standards for Medicaid, DBHDS, CARF, and all other entities providing oversight to ECHO services.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Minimum Position Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Minimum of one-year office related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in a leadership capacity and/or demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of an integrated, diverse team.
- Pass DOT National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background check.
