Job Description:

Site Support Specialist:

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Set Up Studio for use with technology services (e.g. presentations, network connections, WebEx event center, and training center)
  • Develop PowerPoint TurningPoint Presentations
  • Participate in IT Projects that may require travel to other firm locations
  • Work with other IT Department teams and firm departments in performing tasks associated with firm technology
  • Keep Accurate inventory of supported office's equipment
  • Conduct User Administration for new employee onboarding and off boarding
  • Operate AV equipment and presentation software during events
  • Manager the development, coordination, and support of webinars, recordings, and training sessions
  • Provide Front-line PC/LAN and Software Support for 35+ end users. Ensure end users are supported quickly and efficiently for incidents, problems, and requests.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Superior Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Good Understanding and experience with network and client infrastructure such as back up strategies, server hardware, Microsoft Server, and client software
  • Previous Experience with Web Conference tools (WebEx is a plus)
  • 4+ Years of A/V support and coordination experience
  • 4+ Years of experience in a technical support position providing white-glove service deskside, over the phone, email, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Smartphone Provision and troubleshooting preferred
  • Relevant Technology Certifications are a plus
  • Media Production Experience Preferred
  • Previous Experience in a law firm is a plus
