Site Support Specialist:
Daily Responsibilities:
- Set Up Studio for use with technology services (e.g. presentations, network connections, WebEx event center, and training center)
- Develop PowerPoint TurningPoint Presentations
- Participate in IT Projects that may require travel to other firm locations
- Work with other IT Department teams and firm departments in performing tasks associated with firm technology
- Keep Accurate inventory of supported office's equipment
- Conduct User Administration for new employee onboarding and off boarding
- Operate AV equipment and presentation software during events
- Manager the development, coordination, and support of webinars, recordings, and training sessions
- Provide Front-line PC/LAN and Software Support for 35+ end users. Ensure end users are supported quickly and efficiently for incidents, problems, and requests.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Superior Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Good Understanding and experience with network and client infrastructure such as back up strategies, server hardware, Microsoft Server, and client software
- Previous Experience with Web Conference tools (WebEx is a plus)
- 4+ Years of A/V support and coordination experience
- 4+ Years of experience in a technical support position providing white-glove service deskside, over the phone, email, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Smartphone Provision and troubleshooting preferred
- Relevant Technology Certifications are a plus
- Media Production Experience Preferred
- Previous Experience in a law firm is a plus
