About the Role: We are looking for a talented and experienced E-commerce Analyst to join our growing team of business insights partners for SITKA®. As an E-commerce Analyst, you will play a crucial role in promoting data-driven decisions and improving the overall effectiveness and efficiency of our e-commerce and marketing operations. You will be responsible for owning reporting on a weekly and monthly basis, improving and automating data-centric workflows, and building dashboards to provide actionable insights to the e-commerce and marketing teams. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to align on business goals, KPIs, and strategies, ensuring that digital efforts are in line with broader company objectives.This position will be located at our facility in Bozeman, Montana, with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.Responsibilities: Support the marketing and ecommerce teams with reporting on a weekly and monthly basis, delivering comprehensive insights on marketing campaign performance and customer behaviorEnhance reporting efficiency and scalability by automating existing workflows and dashboardsProactively pursue data quality, troubleshoot data validation, and see problems through to resolution, ensuring the reliability of data analysisCollaborate cross-functionally with E-commerce, Marketing, Merchandising, and Finance teams to align on business goals, KPIs, and strategies, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned with broader company objectivesDevelop and maintain data pipelines between Big Commerce, Big Query, and Looker, ensuring a seamless flow of data and maintaining data integrityImplement complex data structures and models in Looker and/or PowerBI to create interactive dashboards and visualizations that provide actionable insights for marketing, merchandising and ecommerce decisionsWork closely with the Performance Marketing Team, providing data-driven strategic insights to optimize campaigns and improve total website ROIStay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis, marketing analytics, and eCommerce industry, and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvementRequired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in website, e-commerce and/or digital marketing analytics, or other business intelligence fieldExperience working with premium consumer brands and a deep understanding of digital metrics, analytics, and performance measurementExperience writing custom calculations with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Looker, or TableauStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and qualityProven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAbility to comprehensively understand relevant industries, consumer mindsets, and seasonal trends.
