Our client wants a candidate to be part of their leadership development program that is specifically designed to get you your Six Sigma Black Belt.Typical working hours would be Monday -Friday during the day. They may choose to make some exceptions to this to get their job done, running trials, and so on, but is left to their decisions to get that stuff done.It will be a very autonomous setting to get your job done. They will train you until you are in control, and then they will let you run.This company was recently purchased by one of our other clients and are now running this Six Sigma program from the ground up. In the client's words, the candidate will need to be comfortable with (if not motivated by) independent operations.” “This position does not have a Six Sigma infrastructure supporting it as the position at does, so this person will need to be comfortable starting up the program.
