Overview:

Maintain back office tasks, including payroll and scheduling on a daily basis. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employees job is to get and keep guests.

Responsibilities:

Knowledgeable of all aspects of the Ski and Snowboard School.

Answer incoming calls, take messages and answer questions in a professional and courteous manner.Perform secretarial duties as required including but not limited to: data entry, filing and completing forms.

Issue uniforms and lockers to instructors

Assist Snowsports managers and supervisors in daily operations

Cover back office administrative duties in Business Managers absence

Approve and close daily instructor payroll

Contribute to team effort by participating in Job Sharing; assuming responsibility for the cleanliness of the resort; participating in daily safety and service meetings; accept diverse assignments; maintain a positive and friendly demeanor in all internal and external interactions.

Must have good communication skills

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must be at least 18 years old and be able to pass a background screening.
