At IMMERSIVE Design Build Collective, we foster a close-knit, collaborative environment where every team member is valued.Key Responsibilities:
  • Build Custom Homes: Complete all phases of residential construction, from ground-up framing to precise interior finishes.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and work from detailed plans and blueprints to meet specifications.
  • Precision Work: Measure and cut materials accurately, and install elements such as windows, doors, cabinetry, and flooring.
  • Tool Proficiency: Operate power and pneumatic tools and, if applicable, larger machinery such as tractors.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow tradespeople to maintain high standards and ensure timely project completion.
  • Site Management: Keep work areas organized, safe, and compliant with all safety protocols.
  • Exterior Projects: Engage in other projects, including hardscaping and landscaping as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 3 years in residential construction, with a strong focus on carpentry and finishing work.
  • Tool Competency: Proficiency in power tools, pneumatic tools, and familiarity with woodworking and welding is a plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Capable of guiding and supporting a team with a positive, proactive approach.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in varying weather conditions.
  • Detail-Oriented: A commitment to quality work with an eye for detail and craftsmanship.
  • Team Spirit: Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate in a team-focused environment.
