- Conduct and assist customers with programming, repairs, and installations of pool and spa equipment.
- Perform regular pool and spa maintenance, including cleaning and chemical adjustments.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Handle sales and installation of new pool and spa equipment.
- Ensure all services are completed efficiently and within established timelines.
- Maintain detailed service records and provide customer reports as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- 1+ year of experience in low voltage, plumbing, and/or HVAC (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of pool and spa chemicals and systems.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license (DOT certification may be required).
- EPA Type II certification (preferred).
- Strong math skills for accurate billing and tax calculations.

Schedule:
- Full-time position with overtime available after 40 hours, especially during summer.
- Work hours: Monday to Friday, starting as early as 6:30 AM, typically ending at 5:00 PM.
- The expected work week is 40-50 hours.
- OT Potential!
- Able to work out of town for 4-5 days at a time, with rare weekend work.

- Working in the Local area and Traveling across the State
- Multiple build site locations; work leaves from the shop.
