Preferred Qualifications Position Summary This position will perform skilled trade work on the buildings and facilities located on the Tifton Campus. Duties will include masonry and carpentry work such as pouring concrete, building tables, shelves, etc., repairing broken water lines and other tasks involving the use of heavy equipment.       • Mixing and Pouring concrete pads and performing other masonry work
      • Carpentry projects such as shelves, tables, etc. built for specific research equipment or research needs
      • Repair broken water lines
      • Repair roofs
      • Repair plumbing leaks
      • Assist other tradesmen with completion of various trade jobs, including electrical, HVAC, painting, etc.
      • Operation of various tools, including small tools, planers, and saws
