Mr.handyman of Louisville is looking for Skilled Service Technicians to do small to medium projects at Residential and Commercial properties. Applicants must be presentable, reliable, and able to work independently to meet timelines while producing quality results.Expectations are but not limited to:Complete small to medium repairs, remodeling, and home improvement projectsCommunicate with customers and office about scope of work, cost estimates and acquiring additional workEnsure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipmentCollect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performedKeep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and conditionCompensation included but not limited to:biweekly payCompetitive pay and bonus eligible Company vehicle with fuel, maintenance and Auto insurance paid in fullpaid vacation after 1 year6 paid holidaysRequirements: a valid Driver's licenseable to work in the USSkilled tradesman with 5+ years of experience in home maintenance, repair and remodeling Your own tools Ability to work independentlyPass background check & drug testClean driving recordGo up and down a ladderlift approximately 50lbspull a trailer as needed Ideal Skills would include but not limited to:TileDrywall/Plaster repairsiding, soffit, fascia repair window replacementdeck repair/buildingtouch up paintingassemblycarpentryminor brick work/tuckpointpouring concreteFence repairFraming & door adjustments/installsLite Electricalgutter cleaning/repairgeneral handyman repairs If you are interested in this position, please reply and submit a copy of your resume.
