This role is crucial in our efforts to restore properties affected by water, fire, and mold damage. As a Mitigation Technician/Skilled Laborer, you will be responsible for assessing damage, executing mitigation plans, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer service.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of water, fire, and mold damage
- Develop and implement effective mitigation plans
- Operate and maintain specialized equipment for water extraction, drying, and dehumidification
- Perform various skilled labor tasks such as demolition, carpentry, and repairs
- Monitor and document the progress of mitigation efforts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective project completion
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns

Qualifications:
