This position will have the general responsibility to provide support and assistance to the other skilled crafts working on the project. Opportunity to learn and grow operating equipment will be given to those who show willingness to learn in a safe manor. 40 hours guaranteed weekly! Winter Maintenance assistance (using pickups) required when necessary. What We Offer

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check;
• Ability to maintain a Medical Examiner's Certificate for DOT vehicles;
• Lift & carry objects & materials of various weights
• Push & pull objects-General clean up and supply duties on the jobsite
• Help maintain equipment by keeping it clean and in proper working order.
• Report any damaged or unsafe equipment to foreman immediately.
• Practice safety at all times including driving of company vehicles or use of equipment. Use PPE while on jobsite e.g. hard hat safety glasses, ear protection, high visibility vest, steel toe boots, pants, and gloves.
• Take initiative and anticipate what needs to be done. Shown abilities and willingness to learn and understand your role on the team.
• Help keep trucks clean inside and out.
• Always aware of safety issues, maintains a safe work environment and makes supervisor aware of any issues.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays when necessary for winter maintenance.

EnvironmentThis position will require working outdoors in various climate conditions ranging from very cold with rain to very hot and humid.
