The Skilled Maintenance Mechanic performs specialized and routine installation and repair tasks, including preventative maintenance routines.The qualified candidate will possess the following:A. Education1. High school graduate, or equivalentB. Experience1. Completion of a technical schoolprogram or on the job training under a qualified person.2. Four or more years of varies types of general maintenance work. General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.3. Skilled in more than two areas of maintenance/engineering.C.
