Skilled Maintenance Technician (Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available)

As part of our maintenance team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our properties remain in excellent condition and provide the best possible living experience for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:• Perform unit turnovers by preparing apartments for new tenants• Conduct general building and property maintenance including minor repairs. • Handle a variety of construction and handyman tasks, such as drywall repair, painting, carpentry, and light fixture installations, Toilet replacements etc.• Address maintenance requests from tenants in a timely and professional manner• Always ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards• Work independently and efficiently, managing your time to complete assigned tasks• Provide excellent customer service by responding to tenant inquiries and resolving maintenance issues promptly
Qualifications:• Previous experience in construction, maintenance, or handyman services is required• Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks, including carpentry, toilets, garbage disposals, weather stripping, window screens, dryer vent cleaning etc.• Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and find effective solutions• Excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (Company vehicle provided)• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects as needed• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, if required
