The ideal candidate will share these values, have extensive experience in masonry, and enjoy leading a team to complete projects on-time, on-budget, and to a high level of quality.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of masons to complete projects on-time, on-budget, and to a high level of quality
  • Work with project managers to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to project sites
  • Ensure that work is performed safely and in compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with clients to answer questions and provide updates on project progress
  • Maintain accurate records of all projects, including labor, material, and equipment costs
  • Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date with industry trends and safety standards
  • Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure customer satisfaction and the timely completion of projects
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in masonry, construction management, or a related field is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in masonry, with at least 2 years of experience leading a team of masons
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments, as well as in confined spaces
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards
