Skilled Meat Cutter

Our company is seeking a skilled meat cutter to join our team and be responsible for receiving, rotating, cutting, wrapping, and merchandising fresh and processed meats. In addition to maintaining sanitation and safety standards, the successful candidate will assist in meat selection, cutting special meat arrangements for members, and ensuring the meat department showcases all available products. This role also involves engaging with members, providing assistance, and making recommendations regarding meat, poultry, and seafood. The ideal candidate will have previous meat cutting experience and be knowledgeable about automatic/hand wrapping machines. • Receives, rotates, cuts, wraps, and merchandises fresh and processed meats
• Assists in meat selection and cuts special meat arrangements for Members
• Engages and provides assistance to members regarding meat, poultry, and seafood
• Ensures meat department maintains appropriate inventory levels
• Knowledge of automatic/hand wrapping machines preferred
