Job overview
As a Paving Finisher at CL Construction, you will be responsible for the prepping, pouring, and finishing of our concrete paving projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Puddling, pouring, and texturing of concrete
* Jobsite Prep - fine grading, setting string, forming, shimming, setting baskets & additional steel
* Curing, sawing, and sealing of paved concrete
* Building curb by hand and running a straight edge
* Working behind a slip form paver
Qualifications
* 1 - 2 years Concrete Paving experience
* Jobsite Prep - fine grading, setting string, forming, shimming, setting baskets & additional steel
* Concrete - puddling, pouring, texturing, curing, sawing, and sealing
* Experience building curb by hand and running a straight edge
* Working with, in-front of or behind a slip form paver helpful
* Concrete or construction jobsite knowledge
