As an Installer, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation of various exterior components, including siding, windows, doors, and other remodeling elements. - Assist with the installation of siding, windows, doors, decks, and other exterior features on residential and commercial properties.
- Follow project plans and specifications to ensure accurate and timely completion of installation tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite, adhering to company safety protocols.
- Operate hand and power tools to perform necessary installation tasks with precision.
- Work closely with the lead installer and team members to complete projects according to company standards and client expectations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving on-site issues to keep projects on track.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in exterior remodeling, construction, or installation preferred.
- Skills: Familiarity with siding, window, and door installation techniques. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50+ pounds, work in various weather conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Teamwork: Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment.
- Work Ethic: A positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required. Ability to pass a background check.
