  • Carpentry and Framing: Perform rough and finish carpentry work, including framing with steel studs and wood, as well as installing drywall and insulation.
  • Ironworking and Welding: Use ironworking and welding skills to support structural elements as needed.
  • Exteriors: Install exterior features such as siding, roofing, windows, and doors.
  • Concrete Work: Complete tasks related to concrete work, including pouring, leveling, and finishing surfaces.
  • Interior Finishes: Install hardware, cabinetry, countertops, bathroom vanities, and partitions, ensuring high-quality interior finishes.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate various machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other tradespeople, foremen, and supervisors to ensure smooth project flow and timely completion.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven experience in commercial construction, with skills in multiple trades such as carpentry, ironworking, framing, drywall, and finishing work.
  • Technical Skills: Strong abilities in various construction tasks, including framing, insulation, exterior installations, concrete work, and interior finishes.
  • Equipment Operation: Familiarity with operating construction equipment and tools.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor, lift heavy materials, and work in various weather conditions.
  • Detail-Oriented: Commitment to delivering high-quality work and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Team Player: Positive attitude and ability to work well in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.

Work Schedule:
