As a key ambassador for Dior Skincare, this role will involve leading the development and execution of skincare education strategies across the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving engagement, delivering expert training, and elevating the brand's presence in the market. This individual will embody Dior's standards of excellence, representing our skincare expertise and fostering meaningful client relationships.As the voice and hands of Dior Skincare, you will set the standard for skincare knowledge in the region, inspire others, and build a passionate community of Beauty Consultants (BCs) and clients. You will collaborate closely with the Education, Sales, and Regional Teams to ensure Dior's skincare offerings are positioned as the industry leader in luxury beauty.As the Skincare Ambassador/Pro Team, you will drive profitability by educating and training the retail team on product knowledge, skincare trends, and sales techniques. Key responsibilities include empowering the team to upsell, cross-sell, and enhance customer experience through expert advice. You will achieve sales targets, improve average transaction value, and increase conversion rates. KPIs will include sales growth, units per transaction, customer satisfaction, and staff training completion. Your leadership will foster long-term customer loyalty and maximize department profitability.Key Responsibilities:Voice & Hands of Dior Skincare & Beauty:
- Brand Ambassador: Represent Dior Skincare as a leading expert in the field. Share your expertise and passion, becoming a role model for Beauty Consultants (BCs). Inspire, educate, and build sustainable relationships with clients to drive loyalty and increase sales.
- Skincare Expertise: Maintain and elevate the highest level of skincare knowledge and product expertise. Position yourself as the go-to authority in North America for Dior Skincare trends, products, and solutions.
Training & Education:
- Training Programs: Design, deliver, and manage comprehensive training programs for Skincare Specialists and Experts. Ensure regular certifications, performance evaluations, and follow-up assessments to drive consistent high-quality results.
- Hard & Soft Skills Development: Mentor and coach Skincare Specialists and Experts in both technical skincare knowledge (hard skills) and client interaction techniques (soft skills), enabling them to provide exceptional consultations and client experiences.
- Collaborate on Educational Projects: Contribute to the creation of training materials, tutorials, and learning modules for both local and global retail education initiatives. Co-lead retail education seminars for North American teams, ensuring they reflect Dior's standards of excellence.
- Brand Strategy Relay: Act as the voice of the field by collecting and sharing valuable insights from the market with the global team. Provide input on how to continuously improve engagement and drive passion for Dior Skincare among Beauty Consultants.
Point of Sale Support & Client Engagement:
- Enhance Skincare Desirability: Develop and execute specific initiatives to increase the desirability, expertise, and engagement around Dior skincare products at the POS. Partner with retail teams to ensure consistent product presentation and expert demonstrations in-store.
- Beauty Classes & Client Events: Lead engaging skincare events, including beauty classes and VIP client experiences, that deepen customer relationships and create memorable brand moments.
- BC Recruitment: Support the recruitment process for Beauty Consultants, assessing candidates' skincare knowledge and passion for the brand to ensure they are aligned with Dior's high standards.
Public Relations (PR):
- Skincare Expert for PR Events: Serve as Dior Skincare's spokesperson at key PR events, and media engagements. Represent the brand's skincare expertise at influencer, celebrity, and VIP client events, building awareness and visibility.
- PR Productions: Work closely with the PR team to facilitate events featuring influencers, media partners, and high-profile clients, driving Dior's reputation as a leader in luxury skincare.
Digital & Virtual Engagement:
- Social media & Digital Platforms: Use digital platforms to engage with Beauty Consultants, influencers, and clients, sharing skincare knowledge and promoting Dior's skincare line.
- Virtual Training & Communication: Lead virtual training sessions for Skincare Specialists, Experts, and Beauty Consultants. Ensure that Dior's skincare knowledge and product offerings are communicated clearly and effectively across remote platforms like Dior.com and retailer sites.
- Virtual Master Classes. High skills in digital communication and digital engage with clients true digital master classes and on distance events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury beauty, skincare, or training.
- Strong understanding of retail dynamics, sales strategies, and skincare business growth in North America.
- Skincare Expertise: Exceptional in-depth knowledge of skincare ingredients, products, and current trends. Ability to break down complex skincare information into accessible and engaging content.
- Training & Public Speaking Skills: Proven experience in delivering compelling training sessions. Comfort with public speaking and leading group presentations to large, diverse audiences.
- Strong Communication Skills: Proficient in both digital and in-person communication. Experience using social media platforms and digital tools to engage and educate Beauty Consultants, influencers, and clients.
- Client-Centric: A strong focus on providing extraordinary client service and building long-lasting client relationships that drive both loyalty and sales.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and coaching abilities. A natural motivator, able to inspire teams and guide Beauty Consultants to consistently achieve their goals.
- Creative & Innovative: A creative mindset, open to innovation and adapting to new trends, ideas, and technologies in the beauty and skincare industries.

- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Office 365, social media apps, and other digital tools used for training, communication, and content creation.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in luxury beauty and skincare, with a strong background in retail training, sales, and product education.
- Passion for Transmission: A genuine passion for teaching and sharing skincare knowledge, inspiring others to achieve excellence.
- Motivation & Curiosity: A self-driven and highly motivated individual with a constant desire to learn and grow in the cosmetics and luxury industries.

- Travel request. The role requires traveling approximately 65% of the time across different territories in North America, as well as occasional trips to New York to collaborate with the team.
