This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading company in the coating industry, where you can grow your skills and be part of a dynamic team.Pay: $19.50 - $19.75 per hourShift: Available for 2nd or 3rd shiftResponsibilities:
- Assist the slitter operator with loading and unloading machines to ensure smooth production flow.
- Operate a crane when necessary and assist in minor programming tasks to optimize machine performance.
- Perform quality checks on materials to ensure they meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the slitting process.
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing experience is required, preferably in a similar role.
- Ability to lift up to 44 lbs consistently and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety practices.
- A proven track record of reliability and good work tenure, demonstrating your commitment to team success.
