Maintain a constant presence in the gaming floor. Look for and respond to guests that require assistance with gaming machines.3. Respond to guest needs including but not limited to, hand pay jackpots, minor machine repairs, preventive maintenance and replenish ticket voucher paper.4. Provide courteous and helpful information to guests and to their complaints in a considerate, professional and positive manner.5. Actively listen to guests and be accountable for addressing their concerns.6. Refill ticket printers with voucher paper and make minor repairs to slot machines.7. Comply with the casino policy and procedures and Minimum Internal Control Standards rules and regulations.8. Inform Slot Shift Supervisor of gaming machine malfunctions and/or guest problems.9. Pay gaming machine jackpots and hand pays in accordance with established policy and procedures.10. Maintain security of keys, radio and any other casino equipment issued to attendant.11. Performs other duties and projects as required by management.QualificationsQualifications:1. Must have a High School diploma or GED equivalent.2. Technical knowledge of computer software and hardware.3. Good communication and written skills.4. Perform basic math concepts.5. Training Certificate related to mechanical or electrical experience.6. Documents that establish both Identity and Employment Eligibility.7. Kickapoo Tribal Gaming License.
