Repair minor slot machine malfunctions. Oversee Slot Dispatch for all of Slot Operations. In accordance with departmental and company policies, generate and complete slot machine hand pays up to and including $5,000.00 on games with denominations of $10 or less. Safeguard against theft and maintain the security of all slot machines, keys, radios and casino property. Handle customer complaints in accordance with established departmental and company policies and procedures. Report developments which may affect casino operation to Slot Operations management. Performs other related duties as assigned. Promotes superior guest service.Minimum QualificationsMust successfully complete Mohegan Sun Pocono Slot Operations training program. Must be able to handle multi-task communications duties in Slot Operations dispatch. One year of previous experience in a front line customer service position required. Previous money handling experience required. Must possess keyboard/keypad data entry skills, basic mathematical skills and a functional ability to read, write and understand English. Must be able to lift forty pounds, use an in ear communication device and have the dexterity to handle and service slot machine parts.
