ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Accurately paying out all slot machine jackpots and completing all paperwork.2. Servicing minor slot machine malfunctions.3. Able to perform basic preventative machine maintenance.4. Verifying change bank impress totals, preparing paperwork, closing and opening banks.5. Knowing slot machine code errors.6. Maintain a constant presence throughout the casino floor in order to assist guests on how to play and read the machines7. Complete necessary sign in and out sheets for radios/keys.8. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or GED required.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSMust be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission License.LANGUAGE SKILLSMust be able to effectively communicate in English.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.COMPUTER SKILLSMust have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
