- Complete understanding of how/why complementaries are used as a casino tool.
- Enforce company policies and procedures.
- Establish and maintain player base through personal contact, telemarketing and mailing campaign.
- Verify hand paid jackpots and taxable jackpots.
- Handle customer disputes quickly and effectively. If unable to resolve the dispute quickly, call the Slot Supervisor.
- Has thorough and complete knowledge of Complimentary Procedures, as well as the ability to evaluate and issue complementaries.
- Ensure stationary supplied are adequate for efficient operation.
- Support and maintain Horseshoe courtesy guidelines.
- Promote outstanding guest relations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
