Location: Jefferson Department: Slots Position Title: Slot Technician Position Summary: The Slot Technician is responsible for providing superior guest service through the functions of this position to all Wild Rose Casino & Hotel guests. In addition to the below keyduties and responsibilities, all Wild Rose team members are ambassadors of the Wild Rose brand and culture. Essential Functions: The essential functions and responsibilities of this position are:
- Preform preventative maintenance, identify/trouble shoot problems with EDG's and their components
- Repair and test machines, move machines, convert games and assist with accounting variance checks
- Circulates around the Casino Floor observing players and functionality of machines
- Assists or verifies in making jackpot payoffs
- Must handle currency as needed or exchange currency at customers request
- Other duties as assigned
