GENERAL DESCRIPTION – Summary
The Benefits Marketing Manager will develop a command of all benefits and funding options to ensure clear and concise option evaluations for our clients. This position will work closely with Producers and the Support Team in determining the best marketing strategy for each client's need and goals by analyzing and outlining all opportunities. Analyze, document and have the ability to present experience and utilization data that will provide insight into future renewal actions, impact of potential plan design changes and benchmark the client against their peers.

· Travel by air or ground transportation as required in performing job duties.
· Be able to lift and carry objects that weigh a minimum of 20 pounds
