Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

A Small Parts Picker inspects and pulls a variety of small cabinet pieces and/or parts using a

headset and either places them into boxes per order and/or moves boxes to carts and/or pallets.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Prepare and load carts with product and material while labeling material per order

* Utilize computer systems, headsets, and scanners to pick parts from racking

* Inspect material for quality and report material flaws appropriately

* Transport material and products with carts, pallet jacks, forklifts, yard trucks and other

equipment

* Maintain a safe work environment, including housekeeping

* Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Skills and Abilities:

* Ability to identify cabinet types, wood species, finishes, and color variances

* Ability to accurately interpret paperwork

Required Education and Experience:

* High school diploma or G.E.D.

Required Physical Ability:

* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

* Frequent bending, crouching, pulling, and pushing

* Regularly lift and/or move up to 30lb, occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lb
