Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Smart Spaces Program Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in NIAGARA4 AWS and BMS along with a strong background in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust solutions that drive efficiency and innovation within our organization.
Responsibilities
* Design and implement scalable and efficient architectures using NIAGARA4 AWS and BMS technologies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Develop and maintain architectural documentation including system diagrams data flow diagrams and technical specifications.
* Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
* Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
* Oversee the integration of various systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
* Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
* Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in all architectural designs.
* Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders including developers project managers and business analysts.
* Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues providing timely and effective solutions.
* Contribute to the development of technical roadmaps and strategic plans to support long-term business goals.
* Mentor and coach junior team members fostering a culture of learning and growth.
Qualifications
* Possess a strong background in NIAGARA4 AWS and BMS technologies.
* Demonstrate expertise in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains.
* Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Showcase strong communication and collaboration abilities.
* Hold a degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
* Have experience with hybrid work models and the ability to work both remotely and on-site.
